The following terms and conditions of service apply to all book projects undertaken by Pearson Publishers.
Payment
A minimum advance payment of 50% is required for all our services. Only after this payment is made will the project be onboarded, and our team will begin work. We bear no expense; all transaction charges and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.
Revisions
We provide revisions until the client is satisfied. Revision requests are responded to according to the urgency of the order, with a standard minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.
- Revision turnaround times based on urgency:
- Orders with urgency up to 24 hours: 24-hour turnaround.
- Orders with 24–48-hour urgency: 48-hour turnaround.
- Orders with a 48-hour or longer processing time: 72-hour turnaround.
Project Requirements
All project requirements will be discussed with the client prior to commencing work. Pearson Publishers will address any service-level disputes in accordance with the agreed-upon terms outlined at the start of the project, these Terms and Conditions of Service, and ethical business practices.
Refund Policy
- Partial refunds are only available for specific conditions and under exceptional circumstances.
- Please note our refund policy does not apply if:
- A special or custom package was chosen.
- Revisions have been requested that exceed the original concept of the project.
- The client has been unreachable for over two weeks without notice.
- The project is placed on hold at the client's request.
- Company policies have been violated.
- The required information from the client is missing from the brief submitted.
- The business is closing or undergoing a name change.
- Refunds are also not applicable for reasons unrelated to the services provided, including but not limited to: changes of mind, disagreements with partners, or acceptance of multiple revisions.
